Easy to make homemade curry onions. Okay so I love curry so decided to try make curried onions. Got this recipe from my Mother and just had to give it a try.

Ingredients for our Curry Onions
- 1 kG. Small onions.
- 2 Eggs
- 175 ml. Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 4 level Teaspoons Curry powder (Rajah Mild and Spicy)
- 1Teaspoon salt
- 4 level teaspoons Sugar
Method
Boil the onions until they become soft but not mooshy as I like to call it 😀

Beat the two eggs in a container and add the vinegar, Corn Flour, Curry Powder, Salt and Sugar. Pour the mixture in a small pot and slowly bring to a boil while stirring continuously.

Once the mixture starts to boil it quickly starts to thicken. Take off the heat and add the onions to the mixture and mix until all the onions are covered and let it cool.

Storing the curried onions
Sterilize a glass jar and add the onions and the sauce. Put on the lid tightly and store in the refrigerator.
